Accessing our heart chakra will deepen our bond with others, and increase our sense of compassion, self-love, & respect.
This 60-minute yoga class is a gentle yoga flow that is geared toward opening up the heart chakra while enjoying a fun time with your favorite bestie.
This session would combine asana (yoga poses) and meditation by engaging your mind-body connection.
We will meet each person where they are at the present moment.
